VenueSwift
Book a court, find players and host games in Nepal.
VenueSwift is a mobile app for sports players in Nepal. Players discover futsal and sports venues nearby, check availability on a Nepali or English calendar and book a slot, then host or join games, pick a team, chat and build groups with other players.
The challenge
Booking a futsal court usually means calling around to check free slots, and finding enough players for a game happens in scattered chat groups. Venues miss bookings and players miss games.
The approach
One app for the whole flow. Players choose a sport, browse venues with prices, amenities and ratings, pick a date on a Nepali (BS) or English calendar and a time slot, and book with one-time or regular bookings. They can host a game or join one with an open spot, choose a team on a pitch view, chat with players, and post in groups. Venues get reviews and repeat players.
The result
Booking and organising a game moves from phone calls and group chats into a single app that connects players with venues and with each other.
