The LalNepal Seller app lets vendors on the LalNepal marketplace manage their store on the go. Sellers update inventory, process orders, run promotions and track sales and finances, with real-time notifications for every order update.
The challenge
Marketplace sellers had to sit at a computer to check orders, update stock and see how their store was doing, which slowed down responses to customers.
The approach
A mobile seller center with a dashboard of Q&A, orders and highlights, product and inventory management, promotions, finance and transaction reports, and a notification feed for order status changes and vouchers.
The result
Sellers handle orders, stock and promotions from their phone and react to every order update in real time. The app is live on Google Play.
