InQR Digital Menu

QR menus, ordering and reviews for restaurants across Nepal

InQR is a QR menu platform where restaurants publish digital menus, let guests call a waiter or order in real time, and run promotions and Google review replies. Restaurants can turn a photo of their printed menu into a ready digital menu, admins manage thousands of outlets from one dashboard, and guests just scan a sticker on the table.

The challenge

Restaurants needed menus that work on any phone, update instantly, and tie into the way they already run: waiter calls, table orders, local payment options and Google reviews. The same system also had to serve thousands of outlets with very different needs, from a single cafe to a chain.

The approach

Getting started is as simple as taking a photo of the existing printed menu: InQR turns it into a digital menu with dishes and prices ready to edit. Guests open it by scanning a QR sticker on the table, so prices and dishes change instantly without reprinting anything. From the menu, guests can call a waiter, place an order or leave a Google review, and staff get those requests on their phones the moment they happen. Owners run every outlet from one dashboard: they design menu themes, print branded table stickers, launch promo code campaigns and see which menus guests are viewing.

The result

The admin dashboard currently tracks more than 11,000 outlets and over 500,000 menu views. Restaurants update prices and items without reprinting anything, and staff get table requests on their phones as they happen.
